On any product page, click the green "Order via WhatsApp" button. This will automatically open a conversation with our Colombo studio, pre-populating your selected item and specification details.
Step 03
Confirmation & Handover
We confirm your purchase options, share our Sri Lankan bank transfer details, and package your order using our signature hand-embossed wrap papers. We then courier it directly to your address.

Sri Lankan Bank Transfer
We support direct transfers to HNB, Commercial Bank, and Sampath Bank. Bank details will be sent in our chat.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Available for delivery addresses inside Colombo municipal boundaries (Colombo 01 - 15).
Handover & Delivery
Colombo Metro Area
Free shipping for orders above Rs. 3,000. Flat rate Rs. 350 for smaller orders. Delivered in 2-3 business days.
Outstation Island-Wide
Flat shipping rate Rs. 450 island-wide. Sent via premium local courier service, arriving in 4-6 business days.

How long does delivery take?
Deliveries inside Colombo take 2-3 working days. For outstation addresses across Sri Lanka, please allow 4-6 working days. We pack and hand over all orders within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
Can I modify my order after sending?
Yes — just message us on WhatsApp before we confirm and pack your order. We’re happy to adjust items, quantities, or delivery details before it ships.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept direct bank transfer to HNB, Commercial Bank, or Sampath Bank, as well as Cash on Delivery for addresses within Colombo (01-15). Full details are shared once you start a chat.
Do you deliver island-wide?
Yes — we deliver across Sri Lanka. Colombo Metro orders arrive in 2-3 business days; outstation orders are sent via courier and arrive in 4-6 business days.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Reach out via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
